The CLO Beauty Bar aims to provide accurate descriptions for all products listed on our Sites, we cannot guarantee that the information, including descriptions, colors, pricing, promotions, and other content found on our Sites, are entirely accurate, up-to-date, or without mistakes. The CLO Beauty Bar reserves the right to rectify any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, update or modify information, or cancel orders if any information on the Sites is found to be inaccurate, even after you have already placed your order, without any prior notification.
1. Product Shelf Life Unless otherwise specified, all products sold by CLO Beauty Bar have a minimum shelf life of 12 months. This ensures that customers receive fresh, high-quality beauty items with adequate usage time remaining.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
Returnable Items
We accept returns only if:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect .
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened, used, or tested products
- Products with broken seals
- Makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance, and personal-care items once packaging has been opened
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
The CLO Beauty Bar shall use its best efforts to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly. Should there be any discrepancy, please notify us by e-mail at enquiries@theclobeauty.com and include the following details in your enquiry:
- Order Number,
- Name of the Item,
- Reason for return, and
- Item Photo
Do not send items back to us without receiving approval.
5. Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

The CLO Beauty Bar does not accept any cancellation or modification of Order once we have confirmed the Order, this includes size, colour, quantity and shipping address. Hence, it is important that you check your order before proceeding with the payment.

9. Unsuccessful Delivery
If an order is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier service, the order will be automatically cancelled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
